In this app, we use ChatGPT (OpenAI, L.L.C.) to realize the support function for maintaining user motivation.
Although we use the data stored on our service by users when generating text, this information is not used for AI learning and will not be exposed to third parties unless it becomes legally disclosed for crime investigation, etc.
However, the data itself will be stored on a server managed by OpenAI for up to 30 days for monitoring of fraud and criminal activity. After 30 days, it will be automatically deleted.
If you cannot consent to the use/storage of such information, please choose to stop using the cheer function, stop using the app itself, or individually request OpenAI for deletion response.

■ Personal Information Security
Our app encrypts data to protect information (SSL). All data sent outside the app is automatically encrypted.

User’s personal information will be stored for a certain period unless the user explicitly deletes the account for this service. However, this does not apply if it is requested or permitted by law. Also, information of users who have been found to have violated the terms of service maliciously in the past may be stored beyond a certain period to refuse re-registration.
■ About the deletion of personal information managed by our organization
(1) When the necessity of personal information in light of the purpose of use is completely lost, we can delete or dispose of the personal information. Deletion and disposal will be done to the extent necessary for operation to prevent the risk of external leakage etc by a necessary and appropriate method.
(2) If the user wishes to delete the user information saved in this service or stop sharing with a third party, please go through the procedure from the “User Information Deletion Request” in the inquiry form set up in the appropriate place in the app, and then delete the app from the user’s device itself. However, we may not accept deletion requests for users who have been found to have violated the terms of service maliciously in the past.
